Prices and payment options: Prices are subject to short-term changes, errors excepted. All prices are in euros and include 19% VAT, delivery costs from the warehouse are extra. The prices at the time the order is placed are valid. Payments can be made by wire transfer. We only accepts the methods of payment shown during the order process. We reserves the right to change these modalities at any time for future orders.

Delivery zone and restrictions: We are shipping to the following countries - Germany, Austria, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. We also delivers to customers with shipping and billing addresses in Switzerland, United Kingdom or Norway. The customer is responsible for paying customs duties and similar charges and for making or obtaining any necessary registrations and permits in a timely manner and at their own expense. Any delays and/or damages resulting from the customer's failure to fulfil these obligations are the responsibility of the customer. No deliveries shall be made outside these countries. White Romdental delivers your products to any desired address within our delivery areas. 

Delivery costs and shipping time: Our standard shipping per order within Europe is €45. Our express shipping is €135. For all orders, processing and shipping generally takes 7-14 working days. Subject to availability of all items ordered, we aim to deliver within 14 working days or more. Depending on the EU region, delivery times may be extended temporaily. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 

Delays in delivery: By European law, the maximum delivery time amounts to 60 working days. If we are unable to keep the agreed delivery date due to circumstances which are not within our or our suppliers’ control the delivery period is reasonably extended. We will immediately inform customer about such a case. Should the impeding circumstances still exist one month after the agreed delivery period has expired, each of the parties has the right to rescind the contract.

Shipping partner: We ship our packages quickly and securely with our shipping service provider DHL.

Pick-up: We only dispatch products en route; pick up by the customer is not possible.

We terminated our pharma license in June 2023 and we no longer distribute toxins.

We can only approve your order if you have a valid international VAT number. In some countries within the EU, you are not required to have a VAT number if you are in a certain industry or if your turnover is below a certain amount.
