Our customer range goes from small and large clinics to wholesale companies around the EU. (B2B). We do not sell to private persons. 

We only sell original medical devices from international manufacturers or official distributers. All medical devices are produced in and coming from the European Union (EU).

We only purchase from international manufacturers or official distributers. The origin of our medical devices is from EU. 

Parallel imports refer to authentic non-counterfeit products imported primarily from intermediaries. The products are genuine (as distinct from counterfeit goods) since they have been manufactured by or for, under license, from the brand owner. Within the EU there is a free market where the prices for goods and services are determined by the open market and customers. 

It is a requirement that all companies within the EU have a valid VAT number to place an order. Hereby, the order will be VAT included. 

Our prices are in EUROS (€).

We only accept prepayment paid by wire (bank) transfer. 

We ship our packages quickly and securely with our shipping service provider DHL.

We ship to Germany, Austria, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and Greece.

We do not have a minimum order amount. You can place an order for any amount, big or small. 

Our standard shipping per order within Europe is €45. Our express shipping is €135. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless we have delivered a wrong product to you. 

Your refund will be issued to the original bank account used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 45 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

We aim to deliver within 7 to 14 working days or more.

The maximum delivery time is sixty (60) working days, as established by law. If a package is delayed or miss a scan we will open a case at our forwarders but we cannot resend or refund a package until after the sixty (60) working days. 

We only offer to ship your shipments in neutral cartons providing you highest possible discreetness. 

We always guarantee minimum 12 months remaining shelf life on the products we supply and very often significantly longer. If shelf life is shorter on the product we intend to ship you, we ask for your approval before shipping. 

All prices displayed are exclusive any domestic taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you may, as the importer, be required by your local authorities to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are importing to - in order to release your order from customs. This is the responsibility of the importer and we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Please note, if you place an order within the EU you do not pay taxes and duties as long as you have a valid VAT number.
